Phiten Titanium Power Sleeves
The Phiten Power Sleeve is a muscle compression sleeve meant to keep the muscles on your arm tight while also giving you the benefits of Aqua-Titanium. Has 30 times the concentration of their standard products. All have elastic in wrist, so they will stretch. Product sold as a pair. The sleeve is 12 - 14" long. See size chart below.
Medium - Wrist Size 5 1/2" - 6 1/4"
Large - Wrist Size 6 1/4" - 7"
XLarge - Wrist Size 7" and up.
Colors: Black, Navy, Red.

I am a catcher and i catch almost every day of the week. Last year my arm felt like it was gone by the end of the year, but with this sleeve it still feels like i am in spring training!Its a great buy, and if one rips they send 2 in the pack so you have a second one. The only problem i had was its to big on the top so i have to wear a wrist band around my arm. But it definitly takes the pain away. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!

I recently purchased this item for my 13 year old pitcher who stands 5'10 and weighs 115 lbs...Yes, he is on the thin side but does have a bit of muscle. The middle of his upper arm measures approx 9 1/2 inches, slightly flexed.
The only size available at the time of purchase was an adult M. The sleeve fit fit fine below his elbow but was too large and sagged like a cuff above his elbow...about an inch too big up top.
In order to have it fit properly, I turned the sleeve inside out and folded it on the seam. Starting at about a 1/2 inch, I ran a straight stitch on a slight angel to about the center, or elbow area. Problem solved...and if he all of a sudden bulks up, I can take the alteration out and it should still fit.
Baseball ended early for his team this past year, so he hasn't really had a chance to use it for a game, only practice. But he loves that he owns a pitching sleeve and is anxiously awaiting the start of a new season and the chance to wear it, if he doesn't lose 1 or both of them beforehand.

Im a catcher and i have gone through a lot of different brands of sleeves and this is the best one i have ever worn by far it has gone through two seasons and is still in great shape it helps my arm go game after game and i would recommend it to anyone especially catchers!

I have had very bad elbow pain for the past two seasons, almost to the point of surgery and I reviewed this product and read the testimonials and thought I would try it to alleviate the pain. I don't know if it was mental but I just played my first game back the other night in outfield and was able to put some zip on the ball without a bit of pain. Believe me, I 'm 44 years old and if I can play without pain I cherish every minute of it.
I might recommend the company create a full suit of this material!! All I know is that this product worked for me.

played baseball since age 5 and by the age 12 i had 2 surgeries, so after little league i temporarily quit the game to not damage my arm any more came back as a sophmore in high school playin again and my arm was just plain killing me, put this product on and the only pain i have now is gettin in on and off

Helps ease the pain in my elbow/arm, makes me throw harder, and keeps my hands somewhat dry during game play. Ill buy again and again.
