I ordered this DVD for my 11 year old daughter. She just started pitching in the fall. This DVD has great information concerning the importance of good mechanics. It also has lots of good drills to build strength and accuracy. Lastly it shows all of the different pitches and how to grip the ball.

I am a pitching instructor and i like anything that teaches ideas or new ways to learn to pitch fastpitch softball and this DVD does that it is very simple to understand and i recommend it to anyone that is interested in pitching fastpitch softball my daughter is very successful with this type of pitching style we will also be trying to go to club K this up and coming winter to farther her pitching and recognition thank you for your DVD keep them coming Sammie Jo Ivy and Stephen Ivy.
