My daughter uses the arm brace for about 10 minutes of practice. It has helped her straighten out her arm in only a few uses. It is flexible enough to allow movement of the elbow so you don't hurt arm. It is also easy for my daughter to put on by herself and adjust. Suggestion to use over a long sleeve shirt to reduce rubbing on bare skin.

I bought this due to a shoulder injury in the past and I was really short arming the ball. My shoulder would hurt after 5 minutes of throwing. Since purchasing this I can throw for much longer with the team that I coach and my son. It is a little uncomfortable on the arm, but it has greatly improved my throwing.

Product fits well and performs well. Has increased the accuracy and velocity of my son's Fastball. It took him a few days to get adjusted to wearing the product, however, he now throws much harder and has not complained of his shoulder or elbow becomming sore.

I bought this for my son's birthday who has a problem keeping his elbow up when throwing. After about a 30 minute thorowing session he took it off and was keeping his arm in the proper thowing motion. His whole speed and ball movement changed. I think this product is really going to help him in his throwing struggles and arm strenght.
