Jugs Sports 12" Softie Yellow Softballs
The Jugs 12" Softie Yellow Softball looks and feels just like a regulation game ball.
But the Jugs Softie is no regulation softball. It's a specially-designed practice softball with a soft outer covering. That means the Jugs Softie is perfect for indoor drills, and it won't damage aluminum bats.
The Softie grips like a regulation softball and bounces like one, so you can use it for any offensive or defensive drills - not to mention cage practice - without worrying about damaging anything inside or players sustaining injuries from the balls.
These softballs are sold in dozens.

Comments about Jugs Sports 12" Softie Yellow Softball:
These softballs were bought for winter/early spring indoor pitching training where hard softballs are not allowed. They feel just like a regular softball and have good seams. A must have for pitchers.

Comments about Jugs Sports 12" Softie Yellow Softball:
We started a church co-ed softball league this year and this is the ball we are using forthe games. We decided to use a safer ball instead of having guys bat opposite hands and it has turned out really well. I have seen this ball travel in the air almost three hundred feet... Which obviosly isn't as far as a harder ball, but guys are still hitting gappers. At the sametime, a girl in our league was pegged in the sternum with a rocket line drive and she picked the ball up and threw the guy out at first like nothing happened. I'm sure it hurt, but the play resumed instead of a game stopping injury. I would highly recommend this ball for a church league!

I have my pitchers use the Jugs Softies to warm-up with. The raised stitching on this ball is helpful. A very good training ball. The girls have been pitching great.

Comments about Jugs Sports 12" Softie Yellow Softball:
The Jugs Softie is perfect for indoor practices and live pitching/hitting in batting cages. The ball feels like a regular softball, but is safer, so you can pitch to hitters aggressively and hit grounders, line drives and fly balls to fielders without fear of injury.
