Bought after attending a clinic at which the batting instructor reccommended it as the easiest to see out of. Not a lot of "bars" to obstruct the vision and it is lightweight (some face masks are heavy) for my 10 year old daughter's helmet.

Bought for daughter who plays 10u softball. The other mask are heavy and bring the helmet face down. She would have to support the helmet with her shoulder while batting and I would see her holding it with her hand while running bases. The Rip it eliminated this problem. I also highly recomend the Rip it defensive mask. It provides the best visability while providing great protection.
