This is a great bat for an experienced wood bat user who is looking for something that feels more like aluminum. The large flare at the knob acts as a counterweight to the cupped barrel, which puts the balance point right at the beginning of the sweet spot. The handle is extremely thin for a wood bat, making it a little more likely to break when jammed in on the hands, so it's not something you'd want if you've only ever used metal bats and aren't familiar with how to swing the lumber. Just remember to order it an inch longer than you usually use to allow room to choke up a little.
