lets youth use their game bats in cage with thousands of contacts without cracking and lessoning of bats pop. I threw thousands of balls to my kid from dixie youth, highschool , and college. you can get 35 to 40 feet away and duplicate speeds that the best pitchers will throw at them at normal mound distances. I made my kids wear helmets in cage but feel a head contact by hitter or pitcher would have been survivable without one. Kids have to be thrown to extremely hard starting at age 9, or they will not be able to defend themselves with a hard batted ball.

Comments about Easton Incrediball Softstitch Baseball:
This is a great indoor practice ball. It will not damage the floors of your gym. We pretty much do everything in practice with this baseball except for pitching. Not heavy enough and would be afraid to injure a player. Best indoor baseball available.

The best indoor baseball there is. Also great to use with younger players to get them over the fear of catching / being hit with the ball.

Comments about Easton Incrediball Softstitch Baseball:
I coach 8 yr olds and most of them still struggle with catching...mostly because of fear. The Incrediball is great for helping them develop in this area. I just wish my local sporting goods store would carry them [...]. I felt it was a bit pricey, [...] Some of these boys better make it to at least high school ball! :-)

Comments about Easton Incrediball Softstitch Baseball:
Works very well for all ages for warm up grounders, pop flys, catcher -blocking drills. A must for 8 and under baseball practices. The ball is very forgiving and is not much lighter than the real thing. A perfect fit for young age kids early in the season.

Comments about Easton Incrediball Softstitch Baseball:
This is a great ball to build confidence in catching skills for young kids who are just learning. It doesn't punish them if they miss.
