This elbow guard works great! Doesn't get in the way of the batter. Don't really even feel it. However make sure you read all instructions very carefully before opening the package. It is in small print that if you take the guard out of the foil packaging you must form it to your elbow right away. We took it out to look at it, without reading the fine print and within an hour it was hard as a board and flat. Had to purchase another one. Don't make the same mistake. The company should do a much better job of warning the consumer.

Do not waste your money on this! I bought this wishing good things after being nailed in the elbow. It broke after 2 weeks, when you swing its flimsy and falls off, and its heavy. The padding I had tore after 10 games and the inner shield cracked. When they say it holds the shape of your arm it really doesnt. You can bend it every way shape and form.

17 yr old Son bats L, throws R (catcher) so protecting throwing arm is important. Product has worked very well. Must be careful to follow fitting directions, you only get one shot!

Just pop it on and hit. Has a Velcro strap. Other players will want to borrow it but they can't. It just yours. Evo shield is a form fitting, personalized, lightweight, piece of armor.
