My son had foot surgery so I purchased this for him to use during his recovery period. He loves it! Says it's very lightweight and really fits comfortably around his foot. Also stays very cold.

For people who experience ankle issues, this is a great product to help reduce swelling and promote healing. The velcro straps hold product securely on ankle. I highly recommend this product.

I've never properly iced down after games. Putting bags of ice all over your body is clumsy, uncomfortable, etc. This makes it easy and convenient to ice my bad ankles (I bought two). I use it after every game and it makes a big difference when I go to work the next day. One of the smarter purchases I've made.
