When does my item ship?

– Our shipping cutoff time is 1 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. In-stock items will ship out that day if placed before that time.

How does my item ship?

– Items that weigh under 10 lbs ship via UPS Surepost (approx 7-10 business days for delivery)

How do I return my item?

Is it in stock?

Are there sizing charts for batting gloves?

Do batting gloves only come in pairs, or can I buy them separately?

– All batting gloves we sell are sold in pairs.

What is the cut-off for shipping on same day shipping?

– Our shipping cut-off time is 1 p.m. CST Monday-Friday.

Do you ship to Canada? England? APO's? How long does it take?

– We do ship individual orders to Canada and to APO addresses, shipping time can vary, but usually takes about 2 weeks. For other international shipments, we recommend you contact our team sales division at 1.866.816.9892 for pricing.

Where are you located? Do you have a store near me?

– We have only one retail store which is located in San Antonio, TX. Our corporate office is also in San Antonio.

Can we expedite the drop ship items from the manufacturer? 

– In some cases--usually for team sales-- we can request expedited shipping. But we do not offer that for individual orders.

Can representatives see my order that I am placing online?

This ships in 3 - 5 business days. Somewhere else states 3 - 10 business days. Which one is correct?

– It can take a day or two to process orders (particularly with drop ship orders). Shipping time on top of the processing time can put the item out about 10 days for delivery.

Shipping To A Hotel 

– We understand that sometimes you will need to ship your order to a hotel and meet it there, and we are more than happy to ship your order to your destination. However, please note that we are not liable for your package arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances with UPS, such as weather, related delays or federal holidays. Additionally, we are not liable in the event of damage to a package due to mishandling at a hotel.
