Comments about Jaypro Sports Jaypro 18" Youth Moveable Pitching Rubber:

The rubber for this product is too soft. We have used this pitching rubber for less than half a season for boys 10 and under, but mostly girls softball 10 and under and girls softball 14 and under. No metal spikes are used but the edges are worn down. It looks like we will have purchase a new pitching plate before tournament. It definitely will not be a Jaypro brand. We used another brand for several years but added a new field this year hence the need for new field equipment. We still are using the old one.
