I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy (late onset Pompe's disease). On a whim tried this to see if it would help stiffness/achiness in paraspinal and quadriceps. It seems to have helped!! The effect is limited, but appreciated. This is no cure, but the best money I've spent lately on medical equipment.
