I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy (late onset Pompe's disease). On a whim tried this to see if it would help stiffness/achiness in paraspinal and quadriceps. It seems to have helped!! The effect is limited, but appreciated. This is no cure, but the best money I've spent lately on medical equipment.

I have a necklace and a bracelet, and enjoy the look and feel of the product. As far as it doing ANYTHING physically to help my body perform better or recover faster...is just false. Things like this have been around the sports world for ages. (see Golf in the early to mid 90's) They're just fashionable and trendy amongst professional athletes.
