I sliced my leg up pretty bad in something not softball related, it's left me with a 11 inch long 2 inch wide scar on my leg between my shin and calf. I sat out a season then wore this the next to protect it while I slide, I don't wear it up at my knee like it supposed to be worn but it doesn't fall down or rise up. it might be slightly too thin for some people's liking but I'm okay with it. It also can be slipped on over your cleats with a little practice so no need to leave it on the field if you don't want to.

Comments about Mizuno Sliding Uni-Knee and Shin Pad:
Highly recommend. My daughter has had a pair for two years or more, and we purchased a second pair. She is 15, 5'4" and on the smaller size. If you have larger legs, they may be too tight, if you are of average or small size they should fit fine, as they only come in one size.Very durable and long lasting. I wash and air dry. We order many items from this company and everything is always great--highly recommend.

Comments about Mizuno Sliding Uni-Knee and Shin Pad:
My daughter loves these, and wears them under socks for softball. She has had a pair for 2 years and they still are great. I only wash them and let them air dry, but they are well made and a great price. They would work for other sports, too. She has pink, which you can't find anymore and royal blue. Great colors, don't fade. Highly recommend. They come in one size only, and she has a small leg/knee. If you are larger sized they may be too tight.

Comments about Mizuno Sliding Uni-Knee and Shin Pad:
These sliding pads are the best we've found. Not too bulky, light weight and protect the knees great. Love the color options too. I've purchased multiple sets and shared with other players and they love them too. They wash up great and keep their shape.
