The pro ice wrap is great. My son pitches for high school and uses it after practice and after games. The wrap applies "cold" in all the appropriate areas of his arm and shoulder. As a rehab therapist, I receommend it to patients who have had shoulder surgery as ice is the best remedy for inflammation and pain. Can't go wrong with this product!

I throw a lot. I pitch, and play 3rd base, and outfield. This product has helped the soreness in my elbow. Cold is cold. The product works and is way less expensive than other products that do the same thing. If you want to pay more for a more expensive shoulder pack, great. But, this will do exactly the same thing and just as well.

Simple to apply once you figure out how to appropriately fit the straps. Lightweight for comfort fit. Would have appreciated a diagram for proper strapping.

I love that the Pro Ice fits both of my daughters comfortably even though they are two years apart. It covers their shoulders and elbows at the same time and doesn't move around. It's convenient because it rolls up to fit in an ice chest. We put it into a cooler with dry ice and it stays frozen through games and tournaments. This is a MUST for pitchers!!!
