Have used same type of bat but in the wood finish that has lasted. Very disappointing on how quick it chipped. This occurred with baseballs being underhanded to the hitter in a practice cage, when the bat was being used for the first time. I know there is no money back warranty on wood bats, but I wish in this situation there should be. Even at the special price I purchased the bat for. Very disappointing.

Literally broke on my second swing. Balls were being lobbed in at about 50 mph. No refund given. Nice looking, great price, but the one I got was really bad wood.

based on the price this bat is wonderful it's well balanced eventhough it's not cupped, and it has good pop if hit on the barrel or close to it. Only con it breaks a little to easily if your a hitter who gets jammed alot than this may not be for u because about 2-4 taken off the handle it will break. Good BP bat

I play in an all wood bat league and I've bought several different brands and types of woods. This bat is by no means a home run bat but is very solid. Bought 2 and haven't even broken the first yet. If you're breaking this bat you don't know how to hit with wood. This is a good bat and worth the money.
