My son loves this. It is also great for these cold winter days when he has indoor practice right after school. His bat is in the car all day. I just take the insert in to work and stick in in the microwave before I leave to pick my son up for practice. He doesn't have to worry about damage to an expensive bat. Great idea!

I bought this for my daughter who is an avid softball player, after the first couple of uses the zipper wouldn't hold itself together. I would work and work to get it zipped up only to set it down and see the zipper separated again. What could does it do to try and keep a bat warm when the case won't stay zipped up?!?! Hoping that the company will beef up this flimsy zipper!

It only takes a few minites to heat the element and it will last for at least 6 hours in 20 degree temperature ranges. We played in several Tournaments this Fall where the Temp. was never above 35 degrees and without the warmers we would have cracked several bats.

We live in the Pacific northwest and it has hardly ever gotten above 50 degrees this spring--needless to say my son's bat performs best in 70 degrees or higher so this bat warmer has made a huge positive difference!!!
