Both my son and daughter use these gloves for baseball and softball. The padded palms are especially helpful in cold weather. Both play 50-60 games a year and the gloves hold up well. They won't wear anything else now.

My son has been wearing these gloves since he was 9. He is now twelve. He loves the location of the padding. Only glove I have found that puts padding in the right location to eliminate bat sting. And the durability will last the entire season and he is hard on equipment. Since using Palmguard, we have never purchased another brand glove. The price is a great value too. I know what i am saying because I a coach.

These are the best batting gloves I've ever owned. As a college baseball player with 16 years of playing experience, I highly endorse these gloves. I go through about 3-4 pairs a year, but I'm playing year-round. All possibility of getting stingers has been eliminated by using these gloves. The padding is exceptional and covers virtually every susceptible part of the hand without affecting one's ability to grip the bat effectively. The only downside to these for me is that I cannot fit them into my glove because I have large hands.

This product not only for a batting but to keep your hands warm on an cold day and also when base running like diving back to a base on rough ground you don't tear your hands all up. I've bought a lot of batting gloves over the last 12 years & this glove has been the most dependable & durable gloves I have ever bought. These gloves actually last through 5 days a week for 12 weeks in the batting cages & 40 games. I have bought them for 2 sons & am now buying them for my grandsons. They prefer them over any other glove. They stay soft & pliable without hardening from the moisture generated through sweating.
