It takes A LOT of practice to be good at catching this ball. But that is the point. It should be hard. I use this w/ my team individually and in small games. The favorite is "Butts Up." I make them throw underhand to slow it down a bit. Very fast pace. This ball can be frustrating unless the trainer remembers that catching it is only part of the goal. BTW, there are countless online videos that show different training techniques for this ball. Look them up to help you get to using it.

this works great 4 fielding----u never know where it will end up so u have 2 b on your toes 2 field it, so it's great practice

Went to Ben Leber's Football Camp. Mr. Leber said all the linebackers from the Minnesota Vikings use the reaction ball all year round. Great product!!

Stick with a plain ball on an uneven field for the same effect.
