The batting lineup side is wonderful to use because the girls(7-9) can see who they follow. The outfield side of the board recommends a water soluble marker, but it doesn't show up. I tried dry erase and it doesn't work/erase either.

I use this mainly for my batting order. Write the names on the cards, insert them in your batting order, hang it and your done! Change the order to adjust your line up. Make copies of the field diagram and get a better pen. Biggest complaint is the pen and the fact the ink does not erase well.

Great All-Sports Organizer. Love the tabs so that I can change my line up in a moments notice. Makes putting subs in easy, just pull one tab out and put in another tab. Only draw back is erasing in the small tabs, takes a little effort to clean. P.S. I laminated a copy of the baseball sheet and use on the clip board side for a quick eraser board for planning.

Great idea but the platic sleeves dont stay glued, name plates fall out, it is just poorly made for outdoor use on the ball field. I would suggest a magnetic board vs. this clip board for posting team line ups.
