I suffer from sleep apnea and must sleep with a BiPAP machine. I am unique in that the nasal pressure causes the tissue under my eyes to swell. Guess it is poor drainage from that area. I have tried several masks and find I can tolerate only the nasal pillows. Still, my eyes become puffy. The added support of these strips prevents the puffiness. I am sorry to state that I do not use them for sport - unless sleeping is your sport... :)
