I have two of these, a long and short one. The long one is the one that goes on my right leg (the one that slides on the ground) This sliding pad is great! When you pull it up over your knee, it still allows you to move your knee while you run! Some other sliding pads make it so that it's hard to bend your knee, but this one doesn't.
The only con is that mine has small tears in it, but that's because I use it ALOT. I expected it to be falling apart!
