We used them for Basketball - she is 12 and wears about a size 14 children. We ordered the Med and the Small. We ended up with the Med. They do run small so pick the larger if your not sure.

It doesn't look as the same as it was pictured. Little disappointed with the product. I thought it was for volleyball and it provides little short of what I expected as a knee pad.

I work on my knees all day merchandising product it helps greatly. You can them daily and reuse them wash after wash for a long time. The only down fall is the material on front wears out after before the padding.
