helps keep you cool on hot days. If your one to sweat a lot than this shirt is for you.works so well that it will feel colder on windy day so bring a jacker/sweater. one thing i kinda don't like is the colar;its a little too tight. recomend you buy one size bigger. unless you don't mind the farmers tan. no offense to all the farmers out there.
