This is the third different type of the Shock Doctor catchers compression shorts I have owned and they are all good. These are light weight, provide a little padding and support and the hold your cup in place well while moving. My only thing is that the inner and outer layers are only connected at the waistband and are separate at the bottom which can be slightly irritating so I think they should get connected all the way around, but over all great product.
