These shorts fit very small. I ordered two different pairs of sliding shorts for my daughter - both size medium. She could not even get these ones on and the others fit perfectly. She is not a large girl so Women's medium should fit her just fine. Also, the padding inside the thighs is so minimal that calling these "catcher's sliding shorts" is a bit of a stretch.

These are great. Luckily I am not in between sizes. They do seem to run small, but I love them!! They are great support and protect well!
