Issue with the "Rails" causes this bat to break in half, and it looks like a common complaint. My daughter's broke after 4 months of use. Best not to use for batting practice, save it for the game or buy another bat.
We'll see how DeMarini handles the warranty replacement...

All i use is Demarini's and this is an awesome bat but just for the batting cages, i have gone through 2 vendetta's in the last year and a half they break very easily.

My daughter loved the bat until it broke in half at the rails. This occurred 3 months passed the warranty so DeMarini said sorry we can't help you.

This bat made it 2 months into the season before snapping in half. Please do your research before buying this product and you will find out what i should have listened to. THIS BAT BREAKS IN HALF SUPER EASY. Save yourself the time and money and buy a better bat.

Bought this bat for my (at the time) 9 y.o. daughter. It had a lot of pop at first but about 3 months in, the paint started chipping from the rails. Daughter, now 11, called from a hitting camp today that it had broken in half (13 months of use) and the barrel hit the protective screen instead of the pitching coach. DeMarini says they're sorry, but we're 1 month out of warranty. Spend your [$] on a safe bat and encourage friends to do the same. The girl on the wrong end of a flying barrel might be yours.

This bat is an awesome bat until it breaks. Very pron to breaking. I use them on my High School softball team but not sure I will after this year. We have broken them, the paint chips and cracks bad and so does the rails. this is a great bat and girls love but quality and design flaws are bad. I have three right now but they will be replaced at seasons end with another brand. It is really hard to find good -12 fastpitch bats.
