I love these shoes! As an assistant softball coach for both recreational and travel girls' fastpitch softball teams, I needed a pair of shoes that were more than sneakers, but less than cleats. These do the job!! I coach practically year-round, and they have certainly held up. They are comfortable (I have wide feet, so some shoes cause pain after practice--not these!), and they give good traction when demonstrating and moving on the field.
If you're looking for shoes with that offer a little something "extra" when coaching softball, these will do the trick! I couldn't be happier!

For pitching, the uppers wear down within a few weeks. Other than that she loves them but buy a size smaller they run big.

I'm a coach, but I also play softball and these shoes have been great. They're comfortable while coaching and they do the trick in the field when I'm playing. They're lighter than my normal cleats which is even better. I would highly recommend these shoes.
