Nike's Men's Air Diamond baseball trainers are ideal coaches' shoes, and that's not all.
These versatile baseball training shoes can be used for just about anything. The Air Diamond trainers are great for wearing into the batting cage, using for outfield conditioning or wearing on turf fields.
You'll always have a comfortable fit, thanks to the Air Diamond baseball trainer's lightweight synthetic leather construction. The baseball shoe also has a full-length Nike Phylon midsole with Air-Sole units in the heels.
The outside is an aggressive rubber that utilizes a nubby design preferred by our pro-level baseball players.

I use these Nike Trainers once a week in a inside baseball facility were we hit and pitch on turf. They are a perfect shoe for hitting and throwing because the shoes is designed not to roll. Great stability!

I'm a coach and this is my first pair of trainers. I just use these when coaching at practice and games. I have purchased only Nike shoes for the last 10 years. I am definitely satisfied with these, but they are a little uncomfortable. I've worn them to about 25 games/practices so far and after about 3 hours, I'm ready to get my Jordans back on. They may still need more breaking in, only time will tell. I would definitely by them again because they are serving their purpose for me well.

With knee problems I needed to get away from cleats. This shoe absorbs the pounding of running like a good running shoe or cross trainer. Very comfortable on my feet as well. Only had them a few weeks so I can't comment on their durability.
