I play high school ball just finished my first season of high school and we had a real cold season. So heat wasn't a problem. I am catchers so i wear down my cleats really fast but these lasted all season besides the laces. I really love Nike huarache cleats. And this was my second pair and my first pair was better but these did there job and I am happy.

Pitching is hard on cleats. We have tried several competitor's cleats and all of them separate around the toe and the upper after just a few uses. The Nike Men's Air Huarache Mid Metal cleats last the entire season with no separation of the materials at the toe. No need for a pitching toe guard.

A very good cleat, have had multiple pairs for summer, fall and winter seasons. However many times I've had to send them in because the ankle strap, shoelaces or the eye lets (holes u put laces through) have broken. However, I continue to buy this cleat because it gives me the right amout of grip, support and lightweight. I am a shortstop and center fielder and I love this cleat in both postions. It also gives me a good grip when I stand in the box.

Bought these for my son (14 yr old) that plays on three baseball teams. He had rolled his ankle with another pair of cleats. He loves these and has had no problem with ankle strain since switching to these. He has used them for a month of straight playing and practices almost daily and they are not showing wear. He has pitched in them quite a bit and plays 1st base when not pitching. They have not torn like other reviews have indicated. He loves the red color.

I like the shoe for its comfort and support. I like how light weighted it is. The problem I have experienced with this shoe is that the plastic toe guard wears to easily and has actually seperated from the shoe itself. If I were not a pitcher it would probably be a great shoe. I have owned two pair of these shoes.
