two boys 13 & 11 years old. product used to develop arm strength. After 2 month of use (lightest ball 7 oz.) I can see the difference in the velocity of their pitches. Balls used during long toss of about 40-50 yards for 10-15 mins. 3X a week. Note: distance of long toss wasa increase gradually. Started at approx. 20-25 yards and increase distance approx 5 yards per week.

If you are going to use weighted balls these are the ones. Throw selected ones into a net after normal throwing workouts and watch results.

This is a great product. I do not recommend throwing hard with these. Just lightly throw starting about 20yds apart with the lighter baseball. Then move to about 30yds apart and increase to a heavier ball.

Weighted balls fly true, no wobble as in other manufacturers.
Might I suggest all white balls with different color printing. Dark colors hard to see in enclosed facilities where lighting may be uneven.
