These weighted softballs are a great training aid for pitchers. As you train, gradually increase the weight of the ball as you increase the strength of your arm. Set includes 4 weighted 12" softballs.

Color coded ball cover indicates ball weight:
Green - 9 oz.
Blue - 10 oz.
Yellow - 11 oz.
Black - 12 oz.
