The Softball Sales Weighted Training Softballs are a great training aid for pitchers. Gradually increase the weight of the balls as you train. As you continue to use these weighted training softballs, you’ll notice improvements in arm strength and pitch speed.
Includes four 12" weighted balls, one of each weight listed below.
Color coded ball cover indicates ball weight:
Green - 9 oz.
Blue - 10 oz.
Yellow - 11 oz.
Black - 12 oz.

My daughter and I warm up doing wrist and elbow flicks with the heavier to the lighter balls. By the time we move on to the regulation softball (6.8 oz) it feels like its made out of styrofoam!
