The balls would shoot out sometimes two at a time and then on the second time we used it, it stop shooting the balls altogether. Adjusting the pitching height was a pain. It was a good idea if it had worked.

My 10 yr old daughter and 15 yr old son have both used this and they liked being able to get in a lot of reps in a short amount of time.
Can be set up and operated by one person, but two people is optimal.
It can be tedious getting the height adjustment and speed correct.
Purchasing a second battery pack would make it last longer between charging. It lasts for about 2 hrs continuous run time with a single battery and my daughter was feeding 24 balls each time.
All in all, for the money this is a good training aid for an individual. It probably wouldn't hold up to team use (and abuse).

has been excellent training aid for hand eye coordination and strike zone recognition. the yellow and white offer different flight paths. sometimes tricky movements on balls mimics real pitching. i use it just about every day and feel it is making me a better hitter. assembly and adding battery reallly no big deal, it's just disappointing that they mention in the ad that you'll have to do it. battery holds charge very well, get hours of play out of a charge. great value.

Overall - It is "OK" - You have to take it apart to put in the Battery - and the instructions were different that what it came with (instructions for 2 batteries - only comes with one).
2 pieces were broken and I had to repair - but it did throw the yellow foam balls well (white plastic balls were not as consistent).
Kids enjoyed it
Good for reaction time and teaching quick bat
