These balls are great! They are solid enough so they work great in my Atec pitching machine and I can have my daughter hit indoors. The girls on my team love hitting them in practice because they really fly. Does wonder for their confidence. I'm hoping they will hold up well.

Very useful for in a gym or indoor facility. Adult pitches to young players. Ball has a tendency to curve when pitching windmill. Players learn how to get out of the way and hit a rise ball or drop.

We use the lite flites during winter indoor batting practice with a regular Jugs machine. The machine is a little tough on the balls, but they held up thru 4-5 sessions with a dozen girls.
