My 9 y/o small to average build son is very particular about the fit of his baseball pants. It's not easy finding good pinstripes - major sports stores didn't have any true to size. These youth smalls were right on target. Not too wide at the bottom so he can push them up to the knees and expose his socks, not too long in the crotch, and not too big in the waist.

Pants are pretty durable except one of the snaps fell off after the first wash.

The fabric seems tough and durable. The top snap came off on both pair we bought. (On opening day, of course!) The same thing happened to at least one other player on our team who bought them. The multiple layers of material are so thick in the waistband that the snap will not crimp on correctly.

The pants we bought were used as a halloween costume(a Phillies Player). My son uniform looked exactly likea Phillies uniform. We were very impressed with the quality, color and the price was unbeatable!!!
