Comments about BEN-MAC & CO. Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball:
As a mens pitcher and college coach I've used the cannonball to build arm strength, improve wrist snap and spin. DO NOT MAX OUT WITH THIS BALL - it is intended for drills and modified speed throwing. The rubber can get slick, but the ball is smaller than regulation which allows for improved control.

Comments about BEN-MAC & CO. Cannonball Weighted Softball Training Ball:
As a pitching coach for a high school fast pitch program, I find this product extremenly helpful for warming up pitchers on a daily basis during practices and pre-game warmups.
It is very effective in creating arm strength, arm speed, and wrist strenghting for working on off-speed rotations.
This product goes everywhere the catching gear goes.
If I were to make a recommendation, I would like to see this product in florescent green or whatever color it is officially called. The same or similar color for high school standards. I feel this may result in possible a safety issue. We have 4 blue ones and they are hard to see with low light or dark backgrounds.
