Softball Sales 12" Weighted Training Softballs
These weighted softballs are a great training aid for pitchers. As you train, gradually increase the weight of the ball as you increase the strength of your arm. All weighted training softballs are 12". Each ball is sold separately.
Color coded ball cover indicates ball weight:
Green - 9 oz. (12" softball)
Blue - 10 oz. (12" softball)
Yellow - 11 oz. (12" softball)
Black - 12 oz. (12" softball)

This is a great product. But I was just expecting a lighter more turquoise of a blue from looking at the picture here on the website. This is not the case at all. It is a very dark blue making it difficult to see when playing in the evenings/nights. I just didn't want anyone surprised like I was. If I knew this, I probably would have went with the heavier black ball.

This is a great ball to complete warm ups. The guys on my softball team use them to warm up before every game now. Start with The Cannonball (for 15 throws) then switch to the black weighted ball (15 throws). Finish off with about 10 throws of a regular ball. Amazing how loose you get and how easy it is to zip the ball afterwards.
