great little training aid, with the actual rawlings baseball on the end it gives you the game ball feel when training with this. improved my arm strength, good tool to use for warming up too, recommended.

great product, it has improved my sons pitching greatly. He would throw almost sidearm before, but in only a few months is throwing just about straight over head. A must if you want your child to pitch in high school.
