Bought this for our batting cage at the house. I have the team come over foten and it really has taken a beating. It has hed its shape nicely and works as planned. One of the gromet hols for the spikes stripped when I put in the spike. I just needed to be more careful not to tighten too much. When I backed it out a bit, all was fine.

The screw in spikes can be screwed in too far and bubble up the top of the plate. Another team was using the field and pulling up the plate and lost a spike. They also messed up the the other four. I ended up purchasing a home plate that is anchored. It was much better construction and can not be moved. This plate is good if you just need a good throw down plate.
