Team Express makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 4:00 pm CST Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.
Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer). Pre-Ordered items are always shipped via Standard Ground shipping. Standard Ground shipping is not available for US Territories.
Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.
STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE:
Standard Shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via Standard Shipping service typically arrive within (7-10) business days after leaving our distribution center.
Standard Shipping service is via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination. Orders less than 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS. All other Standard shipments are via UPS.
SECOND DAY SERVICE:
Second Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 4 p.m. CST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via second day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for standard second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.
Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer). Pre-Ordered items are not available for second day shipping. Guaranteed 2 Day shipping is not available for US Territories. All UPS Services are guaranteed or shipping is refunded.

ALASKA & HAWAII & PUERTO RICO:
Standard shipping service is via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail depending upon shipment weight and destination. Expedited UPS Shipping is also available via UPS 2nd Day Air. Check the UPS Transit Time Calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.

VIRGIN ISLANDS & OTHER US TERRITORIES:
Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via US Postal Service. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are subject to a $5.00 handling fee.
APO & FPO SERVICE:
APO & FPO orders are charged the standard shipping rate and shipped via US Postal Service.

A $5.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders with an address outside the Continental U.S. (Canada, AK, HI, and US Territories) unless all items are excluded from Shipping charges.

**** Easton, Under Armour, Louisville Slugger, Majestic, Outdoor Cap, New Era Cap, and any licensed MLB merchandise cannot be shipped to Canadian addresses from Team Express.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Drop-shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer's policy.
- Option 1: Please ship your package insured and prepaid via shipper of your choice to 5305 Distribution Drive, San Antonio, TX 78218.
- Option 2: Use the prepaid SmartLabel found on the invoice enclosed with your order. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your credit or refund. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Dropped-shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer's policy. See separate policies for Bats, Custom Items and Software/Video returns.
Any orders originally paid for by PayPal, Google Checkout, Amazon, or Bill Me Later cannot be exchanged, but given refunds only.
Software, Videos & DVDs
Cannot be returned if opened. If the merchandise is defective, it will be exchanged for the same title only.
Custom Merchandise Warranty
We are unable to change or cancel custom items after 3 business days of order receipt. Wilson does NOT allow a grace period for changes on custom gloves. No changes are allowed after custom glove information is submitted.
All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color and size.
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Team Express also offers a 30-day return policy for all unused, new bats. Wood bats carry no warranty or guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
New (Unused) Bat Return
All unused new bats must be in their original "shrink wrapped" packing to receive a refund, less shipping charges. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error.
Defective or Damaged Bat Return
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.
