My son is our main catcher in 14 and under baseball team. With the speed of our pitchers he was satrting to get what I have been told players thumb. This took the sting out of the catch and combined with the evo shield thumb guard it is an awesome combination. He is very pleased with the performance. His hand and thumb do not hurt after a 7 inning game

Takes the sting out of a 62 mph fastpitch softball. I got it for my daughter and she says it really helps since we have a pitcher that throws really hard for 14U.
I think it will save tissue damage and prevent future problems.
