DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BATS: All defective or damaged aluminum/ composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to themanufacturer for repair or exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturers' phone numbers are shown below for yourconvenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof ofpurchase.

Team Express offers a one-year warranty for any eligible Easton non-bat equipment that was purchased from Team Express. Non- bat product categories that fall under this warranty program include: Ball Gloves, Batting Gloves, Helmets, Catcher's Gear, Bat Bags, and select Training Accessories. Team Express also offers a 30-day return policy for all new (unused) merchandise. (Please see Product Warranty Defect Guidelines and Return Policy below)
NEW (UNUSED) MERCHANDISE:

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Easton’s non-bat equipment is guaranteed for one-year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. All returns will be inspected. If the equipment is determined to be covered under warranty, a replacement will be sent to you. Replacements will be same stock number, color and size.

For Composite Slowpitch Bats ONLY--IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO PRESERVE YOUR WARRANTY COVERAGE: Before using your new bat, please note that it has both a permanent engraved serial code and a removable sticker adhered to it. The sticker contains the serial code that matches the permanent engraved code on the bat. Peel off the sticker from the bat and attach it to your original sales receipt. Save the sticker and original sales receipt, as both are required for warranty service.

Aluminum/composite bats carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition to our 30-day "No Sweat" Guarantee. If your aluminum/composite bat is defective, the manufacturer requires that it be returned directly to them. Please call the manufacturer toll free for current details. For non-defective aluminum/composite bats, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original "shrink-wrapped" packaging.
Team Express and all its brands are authorized bat dealers. All bat purchases will come with a valid sales receipt, and we can provide a copy of a sales receipt at any time to the original purchaser.
